All applications, liability waivers and narrations must be submitted to the Marching Unit committee no later than March 30, 2008 or as soon as possible, for the confirmation and assignment of island.

Marching Unit participant liability waiver

.All participants must complete and sign waivers. Minors ( 18 and below ) must have their parents or guardian sign a waiver prior to any participation. There will be absolutely no exceptions.
